Bahia de La Paz Day Sail & Snorkel

9 AM to 4:30 PM on Selected Dates

Get Out on The Water For a Day

Enjoy a day on the Sea of Cortez and learn a lttle about sailing! Includes lunch and a snorkelling stop at a selected cove. Boarding at 9 AM, returning by 4:30 PM. No prior sailing experience is required, but we encourage active participation in hoisting sail, steering the boat, sail trim, and anchoring.

  • Learn the basics of sail trim and how the sail boat uses the wind.
  • Take a turn at the helm and learn about the points of sail.
  • See how to use visual and electronic navigation.
  • Learn the basics of anchoring.
  • Snorkel, have lunch, and sail back to port.

For anyone who wants to experience sailing, snorkeling, and an enjoyable day on the water.

  • Onboard we have refrigerator, head (baño). All safety equipment.

What to bring:

  • Bathing suit, Snorkel gear, towel, sunscreen, hat.
  • Anything else you might want to eat or drink.
  • Seasickness meds, if you need them, should be taken prior to boarding
